Pre-Season Staking
Before the first snowfall, we place reflective markers along your driveway edges, curbs, and landscaping to prevent plow damage when snow covers the ground.

Winter Property Management

Winter Services
We monitor advanced weather systems and dispatch our fleet before the storm hits, ensuring your driveways and parking lots are clear, salted, and safe.
Dispatch Process
Efficiency is everything in snow removal. We don't overbook our routes, meaning we actually show up when we promise.
Before the first snowfall, we place reflective markers along your driveway edges, curbs, and landscaping to prevent plow damage when snow covers the ground.
Our dispatch team monitors radar 24/7. When accumulation reaches the trigger depth (usually 2 inches), the fleet rolls out automatically.
We plow the snow to pre-designated, safe stacking zones away from fire hydrants, mailboxes, and sightlines.
After the snow is cleared, we apply rock salt or ice melt to prevent the residual moisture from freezing into black ice.
Contract Options
We offer different service models based on your needs, ensuring you only pay for the coverage you want.
The most popular residential option. You pay one flat fee for the entire winter, regardless of whether it snows 5 times or 50 times. Offers ultimate peace of mind.
You are billed every time the plow drops its blade. Ideal for commercial lots that need multiple clearings during a single, day-long blizzard.
Our standard trigger is 2 inches. If it snows a dusting of 1 inch, we do not plow (unless salting is requested), preserving your pavement and our equipment.
Sidewalk clearing is highly labor-intensive and is usually offered as a premium add-on to the standard driveway plowing contract.
If we built your paver driveway, we know how to plow it safely.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our goal is to have all residential driveways cleared before the morning commute (typically by 7 AM) if the snow falls overnight. During continuous daytime blizzards, we run continuous loops through our routes.
Steel plow blades can leave rust marks or scratches, especially on pavers or stamped concrete. For these premium surfaces, we utilize plows with rubber or urethane cutting edges to protect your investment.
The dreaded 'city plow berm' is a reality in Buffalo. While we try to time our routes behind city plows, we cannot guarantee a second trip for free just to clear the apron. We offer callback services for a nominal fee.
We prioritize our seasonal contracted clients. During a major storm, our routes are completely full, and we generally do not accept 'on-call' or 'one-time' plow requests.
