Service Process

How We Reset Your Property

We use commercial blowers, vacuums, and hauling trucks to clear your property efficiently, leaving no debris behind.

01Step

Property Walkthrough

We identify all beds, property lines, and specific plants that require cutbacks versus those that should be left alone.

02Step

Blowing & Gathering

Using high-powered backpack blowers, we push all leaves and debris out of delicate garden beds, away from fences, and onto the main lawn.

03Step

Vacuuming & Hauling

We use commercial mowers and truck-mounted vacuums to suck up the massive leaf piles, completely removing the debris from your property.

04Step

Detailing

We do a final pass on all patios, walkways, and driveways, blowing them perfectly clean.

Cleanup Timing

Timing Your Seasonal Services

Booking at the right time ensures your lawn stays healthy and you don't pay for duplicate work.

Fall Leaf Drops

We recommend waiting until the majority of the leaves on your large trees have fallen before booking a fall cleanup to avoid needing a second visit.

Spring Wetness

We must wait until the ground thaws and dries out slightly in the spring. Running heavy mowers on soggy April turf will cause severe rutting.

Perennial Care

Certain plants (like Hydrangeas) should not be cut back in the fall, while Hostas should be. Our crews know the difference to ensure healthy spring blooms.

Mulch Coordination

A spring cleanup is the mandatory first step before we can edge the beds and install fresh mulch.

Combine with Other Services

Make the most of our crew being on-site by adding these quick upgrades.

  • Shrub trimming and reshaping
  • Gutter cleaning (first story only)
  • Lawn aeration and overseeding in the fall
  • Power washing green algae off the driveway in the spring

Frequently Asked Questions

Seasonal Cleanup FAQs

Do you take the leaves with you?

Yes. Our pricing includes the complete vacuuming, hauling, and disposal of all leaves and yard debris. We do not leave ugly paper bags at your curb.

Can you just blow the leaves into the woods behind my house?

If you own the wooded area and prefer this method, yes. It is more cost-effective as it saves us trucking and disposal fees. We cannot blow leaves onto neighboring or town-owned property.

Do you pull weeds during a spring cleanup?

General cleanup includes removing large debris and dead plants. Detailed weed pulling is typically handled as a separate bed maintenance service, often right before we apply mulch.

How much does a fall cleanup cost?

Pricing is based entirely on the size of the property and the volume of trees. A heavily wooded lot will require significantly more labor and disposal fees than a new build with no mature trees. Contact us for a free estimate.
