Design & Appliance Selection
We map out the layout (L-shape, U-shape, straight island) based on the specific dimensions of the appliances you choose.

Luxury Outdoor Living
Take your summer hosting to the next level. We design and construct custom masonry outdoor kitchens, complete with built-in grills, bar seating, and refrigeration, tailored to your patio space.
Trusted for outdoor kitchens projects across Buffalo and surrounding Erie County neighborhoods.
Outdoor Cooking
A great outdoor kitchen requires expert masonry, safe gas plumbing, and durable countertops. We build weather-proof cooking spaces designed to survive Buffalo winters.
Construction Process
We don't use flimsy metal frames that rust. We build solid masonry structures that will easily outlast the appliances installed inside them.
We map out the layout (L-shape, U-shape, straight island) based on the specific dimensions of the appliances you choose.
Before the patio is laid, we trench and run conduit for natural gas lines, electricity, and plumbing directly to the island footprint.
We build the core of the kitchen using solid concrete blocks, ensuring it can support thousands of pounds of stone countertops.
We apply the decorative stone veneer, install the granite or concrete countertops, and slide the stainless steel appliances into perfectly measured cutouts.
Kitchen Planning
An outdoor kitchen is a significant investment. Careful planning prevents cramped workspaces and safety hazards.
Just like indoors, we design the layout so the grill, sink, and refrigerator form an efficient triangle for the cook.
We position the grill so the prevailing winds carry smoke away from the seating areas and the house.
Granite is the gold standard. Quartz will discolor in UV sunlight, and tile countertops will crack when the grout freezes in winter.
If you include a sink or fridge, the plumbing must be designed to be easily blown out and winterized before the first Buffalo freeze.
Elevate your outdoor kitchen from basic to breathtaking with these additions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Usually, yes. If your patio is pavers, we can pull them up to run the necessary gas and electric lines underneath, build the kitchen, and relay the pavers around it. We cannot easily do this on poured concrete.
Clients typically purchase their own appliances (Bull, Blaze, Coyote, Weber) so they get exact features and warranties they want. You provide us the manufacturer's 'cutout dimensions,' and we build the masonry to fit them perfectly.
Natural gas is highly recommended. It requires trenching a line from your house meter, but you never have to worry about changing a heavy propane tank in the middle of a BBQ again.
The masonry and granite are fine in the snow. You simply need to buy a high-quality canvas cover for the grill head, shut off the water lines to any sinks, and bring the mini-fridge indoors (or unplug and leave it open).
